Our role and scope

FlockOS is a software platform for independent car rental businesses ("Operators"). This policy covers personal information for which we act as the controller — primarily information from Site visitors and from Operators who use our platform.

When an Operator uses FlockOS to run their own rental business, FlockOS processes information about that Operator's customers (for example, renters' contact details, dates of birth, driver's license images, and payment information) on the Operator's behalf as a service provider. The Operator is responsible for that information and for its own privacy notice. If you are a renter and have questions about how a specific rental business uses your data, please contact that business directly.
